I am a Computational Biology PhD student at Memorial Sloan Kettering. I work on generative models for therapeutic design, advised by Wesley Tansey.

Previously, I completed my undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science. My research focus was spatial genomics methods development with Jean Fan. I also worked on rapid PCR diagnostics and sedation monitoring in the pediatric ICU . I co-founded DioTeX Diagnostics, a start-up developing point-of-care molecular diagnostics for internal hemorrhage for EMTs and combat medics.
